Mail in Service

Kelowna Cell Repair has mail in service available. You can ship the device to us anyway. Canada post, Greyhound, Purolator, DHL, Fedex, and some local carriers. Please do not send collect as we will not accept packages shipped via this way. if you send us a package make sure to include you name, problem with device, contact number and return shipping address. Please make sure the device is  package properly so it doesn't get damaged more when being shipped. Once the free estimate or repair has been completed we will contact you for payment options ect..
