Kelowna Cell Repair Inc. retains the right to refuse warranty on any device or repair if there is evidence of physical or liquid damage to the device, this includes excessive wear and tear on replacement component, chips/cracks/dents/bends or any pink/green lines and/ or static in the display. If the repair has been tampered with or opened by anyone else this would also void the warranty.
We do not guarantee water resistance for any device after a repair. Water damage/liquid damage is also not covered by our warranty.
Kelowna Cell Repair inc. is not responsible for any data loss, component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time.
We are not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service.
Kelowna Cell Repair only warranties the components worked on or replaced in the repair service. Ie. If you came in for a screen replacement service and 2 months later your battery is not preforming well, this would NOT be covered under warranty.
